Methodology

Data sources, definitions, limitations

Voogent is an observation and analysis interface. It does not lend, hold custody, execute payments or run agents. Every visible figure is tied to a source, a network, a retrieval time and, where it exists, a block number.

Network

This deployment serves Robinhood Chain (chain id 4663, mainnet; native currency ETH; explorer robinhoodchain.blockscout.com). The testnet (Robinhood Chain Testnet, chain id 46630) is configured separately and is only served when a deployment is built for it, in which case a banner says so on every page. Chain ids, RPC endpoints, explorer hosts and the native currency come from the official connection documentation (verified 2026-10-12).

Public RPC endpoints are tried in order; each one’s chain id is checked before use, and an endpoint answering for another chain is disabled. Reads are rate-limited, retried with backoff and bounded; log queries never scan the whole chain in one request.

Definitions

Identity On-chain record
An ERC-8004 identity is (chain id, registry address, agent id): an ERC-721 token in the verified registry. Voogent reads its owner (ownerOf), its agent URI (tokenURI) and its declared agent wallet (getAgentWallet) at one block. A bare agent id is never treated as globally unique. A registration is a record, not an endorsement; an ordinary address is never called an AI agent.
Owner, agent wallet, metadata claim Self-reported
The NFT owner controls the identity. The declared agent wallet is set in the registry by a signature from that wallet, so it is the first choice for financial attribution; when none is declared, the owner is used and labelled as such. Addresses that appear only in the registration file are claims: shown, never used for figures. The registration file itself is fetched with a bounded, SSRF-guarded request, sanitized, and never rendered as HTML.
Assets On-chain record Explorer index
Balances for supported and manually added tokens. ETH, USDG and WETH are read on-chain at a pinned block. Other ERC-20 holdings are listed by the Blockscout index and re-read on-chain before display (up to 40 tokens). A plain RPC cannot enumerate every token a wallet holds, so the list is coverage-labelled. A token the reader adds is validated (code present) and its ERC-20 methods are called one by one. USD values use DefiLlama market prices with their confidence; a market price is not a redemption value, and tokens without a quote show “Price unavailable”.
Liabilities On-chain record
The supported protocol is Priors (unsecured USDG credit lines per ERC-8004 identity). Voogent reads CreditPoolV2.getAgent and CreditLensV2.creditReport, then enumerates the identity’s loans (loansOf + getLoan). Outstanding debt is the pool’s principalOut; an active loan owes principal plus its fixed fee by its due date. The protocol defines no collateral, health factor or liquidation metric, so none is shown, and no formula is invented. A failed read is shown as unknown, never as zero; a successful read without an enrolment is worded “No debt found in supported protocols”, never “debt-free”. The published Priors Score v2 comes from the provider’s check API and is labelled as a third-party index.

Transaction history comes from the Blockscout index (standard RPC cannot list a wallet’s history), joined with the index’s ERC-20 transfer list, newest first, paginated, de-duplicated by hash. Rows are classified as native transfers, token transfers, contract interactions or contract creations. A row is labelled an x402 payment only when the Priors facilitator reports a settlement with that transaction hash and the receipt holds a USDG transfer from the reported payer to the reported recipient for the reported amount in a successful transaction (“Receipt matched”). A USDG transfer alone is never an x402 payment; a facilitator row whose receipt does not match is shown as a mismatch. Loans are labelled only from the pool’s own state.
States Partial coverage Integration unavailable Stale
Five things are kept apart on every panel: a successfully queried zero, a missing record, an unsupported integration, a failed request, and a stale cached value (an earlier successful read shown because the latest request failed, with its age). Errors are never converted into zero balances or empty debt.

Limitations

  • Voogent runs no database and no registry-wide index. Identities linked to an address are found through the explorer’s NFT index and the Priors check API, then confirmed on-chain; absence from those indexes is not proof that no registration exists. Name search is therefore unavailable.
  • “Recently registered” lists Registered events in a bounded window behind the chain head, not the full registry.
  • Only one lending protocol (Priors) and one x402 facilitator (Priors) are integrated. Other lenders, other facilitators, other registries and other chains are out of scope, and their absence is not a statement about an agent’s obligations.
  • Transaction and token lists follow the explorer’s coverage; internal (trace) transfers are not listed; cold addresses can take 15–45 seconds to answer.
  • Priors CreditPoolV2 and CreditLensV2 have published source but no Sourcify or Blockscout verification record; their cross-references were checked on-chain instead.
  • In-memory caches, the rate limit (120 requests per minute per client by default) and the 10-minute receipt memo are per server instance.
  • The watchlist lives in the browser’s local storage only. Exports contain exactly the displayed rows with their source context; CSV cells are protected against formula injection.
